Fantastic Stay with Excellent Amenities

We received a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. Staff greeted us warmly in the lobby. The rooftop pool was a highlight, providing great relaxation. The room's design, including the creatively placed shower, offered lovely views. Breakfast included a must-have, freshly squeezed orange juice. The food and beverage staff, including Marivel, Christian, and Faizal, provided great service.

I found the sound insulation lacking, as I could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room, hindering sleep.

The room design felt fresh. Amenities were excellent. The hotel was very clean. The staff was fantastic. I am grateful.

The sound insulation was not good. It was as if the next door people were staying in my room. I could clearly hear all their conversations and I couldn't sleep because of the noise. The wall of the room felt a bit thin. I could hear the neighbors.

The location was acceptable.

The thin walls were a problem. I could easily hear neighbors and cleaning staff! the curtains let too much light in. I had issues with jet lag.

strange smell understaffed front desk

I noticed some cleanliness issues. The room smelled strange, and I think cleaning staff tried to mask it with spray. Once the spray smell disappeared, the bad odor returned. the front desk seemed understaffed. Only two people handled inquiries and taxi calls. It took a while to get assistance (I waited for a long time for them to finish a phone call).
